I found him one day scraping paint off of window panes on the property’s garage, while a paint crew worked to take care of requested pre-closing repairs. We contacted Bob about starting to look for a ranch home or at least a first floor primary suite. One of us was more ready than the other and Bob was aware of that. 5 1/2 years later we finally made the move! During all that time Bob was very patient with us when it came to showings and always responded to our calls and emails.

I represented my father as his Power of Attorney during the sale of his home. There were many unusual details about this sale that don't typically arise when you're selling your own property. Bob not only sold the home quickly, but he helped in gathering numerous legal documents, arranging auctioneer services, and organizing contractors when repairs and upgrades were necessary. But most importantly, he stayed in close contact with me about any information as the settlement day approched. Bob made this stressful time for our family extemely easy and I can't thank him enough for his attention to detail, but most of all for his compassion and understanding. I highly recommend Bob!
